Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Client", "you") and {{LEGAL_BUSINESS_NAME}}, doing business as Zenhoster ("Zenhoster", "we", "us"). By submitting a questionnaire, paying an invoice, or using any Zenhoster service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

Zenhoster offers three service lines: website builds (one-time), hosting and care (monthly), and optional local SEO (monthly). Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes.

Starter: $750 one-time, 1 round of revisions, delivered in 3 business days.

Standard: $1,499 one-time, 3 rounds of revisions, delivered in 5 business days.

Advanced: $2,499 one-time, 5 rounds of revisions, delivered in 7 business days.

Basic: $19 per month.

Managed: $49 per month.

Managed Plus: $99 per month.

Local SEO: $299 per month.

Local SEO Growth: $699 per month.

The scope of each plan is the list shown on our Plans page at the time of purchase. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.

Delivery times are counted in business days and begin only once we have received payment and all required materials (completed questionnaire, text, logo, images and account access).

Delays in providing materials or feedback extend the timeline by the same amount. Delivery estimates are good-faith targets, not guarantees.

Each build plan includes a fixed number of revision rounds: Starter 1, Standard 3, Advanced 5. A round is one consolidated list of changes submitted at one time.

Unused rounds expire at launch. Additional rounds or new features are billed separately at the rate we quote in writing.

Zenhoster performs all edits to sites under an active care plan. To protect security and stability, clients do not make direct changes to the hosted site.

Edit hours included in a care plan apply to the current billing month only and do not roll over, accumulate or convert to credit or cash.

Backups are taken weekly. Backups are a safeguard, not a guarantee that every change can be restored.

Build fees are due before work begins. Monthly plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.

Upgrades: you may upgrade at any time by paying the difference between your current plan and the higher plan.

Downgrades: site build fees are non-refundable once work has begun, including if you move to a lower build plan. Hosting and care plans may be downgraded, effective at the start of the next billing cycle.

Local SEO plans carry a 6-month minimum term. Cancelling early does not waive the remaining months of that term.

Late or failed payments may lead to suspension of hosting and care services after notice to you.

You may cancel monthly services by written notice to us before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges; fees already paid are not refunded except where law requires.

On cancellation we will, on request and once your account is paid in full, provide a copy of your site files and content within a reasonable time.

Once paid in full, you own the final site design and the content you supplied. Zenhoster keeps ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates and know-how and grants you a perpetual licence to use them as part of your site.

Third-party fonts, plugins, images and software remain subject to their own licences. You may let us display your site in our portfolio unless you tell us otherwise in writing.

You confirm that you have the rights to all materials you provide and that your site and its content will comply with applicable law. You will not use our services for unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content.

You are responsible for the accuracy of business details, prices, product claims and policies shown on your site, including any online store.

We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales or any specific uptime. Search engines and other platforms are outside our control and change without notice.

Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

You agree to indemnify Zenhoster against claims arising from content you supply or from your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of {{GOVERNING_STATE}}. Before filing any claim, both parties agree to try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date and apply to services from that date forward.
